Returns & Exchanges

  1. We accept online orders through the following modes of payment:
    • UPI, Cards, Wallet, NetBanking
    • Cash On Delivery (COD)
  1. Please make a note that all transactions on this website are secure and encrypted.
  2. Once an order is placed, it cannot be cancelled, returned, or exchanged.
  3. Returns and exchanges are only accepted if the customer has received the wrong product, the order packaging is tampered with, the product has a limited shelf life, or it has a shelf life of less than three months.
  4. Within 24 hours of the order being delivered, ensure to send us your concern for return or exchange through an email at with the order number and images of the product that you have received with a query or support. For instance, incorrect, defective, meddled with, or near-expiration products.
  5. You can expect a response from the Healing Pharma team within 2–3 business days.
  6. The customer can only initiate the return and replacement of the order after it gets delivered.
  7. Those who have issues with product expiration or the wrong product delivered can initiate an exchange.
  8. From the day your returned package is received, please give us 5 to 10 business days to replace the product.
  9. We may get in touch with you to find out further details regarding the product concern, address, and other customer’s details.
  10. In the following scenarios, you are not qualified for a full exchange and replacement without paying any additional charges:
    1. Packaging is soiled or damaged after handling.
    2. Product or packaging is tampered with.
    3. Missing invoice.
    4. The order has lapsed the return and replacement window.
  11. Returns will not be accepted if:

  • The original box and packaging are missing.
  • The order has lapsed the return and replacement window.
  1. Products that have been delivered are not eligible for a return or replacement if they fall under any of the following circumstances:
  • Failure to offer sufficient information regarding the order issue.
  • Failing to provide images of the box, package, and receipt (if any).
  1. In the case of a return or refund, it will be made using the same payment process, such as a bank account or credit card. For an online refund, please give us at least 5 to 7 business days after the refund and return request is made.
  2. Transactions through NetBanking shall take at least 3 to 5 business days after initiating the refund from our end.
