Shipping & Delivery

  1. Customers will be informed about the shipping charges at the time of final checkout before making the transaction while placing an order.
  2. You will get an email with the delivery confirmation and tracking ID after your order has been received and confirmed. Most items are typically shipped out within 2–3 business days. However, there might be a slight delay in case there’s an issue with logistics or the courier partner. These issues will be immediately resolved as soon as they are identified by the team.

  4. The expected arrival time of an order might differ from one state to another. Our team works on all days except Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays. Hence, order delivery may be delayed in the event of a strike, lockdown-like situation, or any kind of unanticipated logistical problem.
  5. Due to high volumes of orders, deliveries may get delayed. Within 7 days following the order date, we aim to ship out all orders from our end. In these instances, we would like to request that you bear with us.
  6. We take significant care when packaging and sending products. We put our products in tight packaging, with each individual product wrapped in bubble wrap and fragile things such as bottles securely wrapped with additional bubble wrap.
  7. Please do not accept the packaging if it is tampered with or damaged; instead, return it and we will replace the order.
  8. Orders placed in the second half of Saturday, on Sunday, or on holidays will be shipped on the next working day.
  9. If the order is marked as delivered but the user has not received it, please notify customer support by calling on +91 8585852744 or via email within 24 hours of the delivery notification. Our team shall investigate with the courier partner and provide you with an authentic response within 48–72 hours of the complaint being raised.
  10. We are not responsible for damages post-delivery. We do not take responsibility for the misplacement or mishandling of products post-delivery.
  11. We reserve the right to pause deliveries to any part of the country at any time without notifying.


Once the order is shipped, you will receive order tracking details on your linked mobile number / email ID which can be used to further track your packaging. The order status can be tracked for 24 hours from the time of dispatch.
